Company Information

Spectravideo, formerly known as SpectraVision entered into the video game market in 1981. The company originally developed and distributed video games for the Atari 2600, Colecovision and Commodore VIC-20. Spectravideo was also responsible for its unique Atari 2600 keyboard add-on named CompuMate and produced other hardware, such as the QuickShot joystick.. The company was liquidated in 1988.
